The app uses Progressive Web App (PWA) technology, which means there’s no need to download anything from an app store. It’s secure, lightweight, and always up to date.

iOS Devices

To install the FlyProficient app on your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open Safari browser and visit the FlyProficient website
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow pointing up)
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
  4. Name the app “FlyProficient” and tap “Add”
  5. The app icon will appear on your home screen Note: The app works best when using Safari on iOS. Chrome and other browsers on iOS don’t properly support adding websites to home screen with full app functionality.

Android Devices

To install the FlyProficient app on your Android device:

  1. Open Chrome browser and visit the FlyProficient website
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
  3. Tap “Add to Home screen” or “Install app” (wording may vary)
  4. Name the app “FlyProficient” and tap “Add”
  5. The app icon will appear on your home screen

If you don’t see the install prompt:

  1. Tap the three-dot menu
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Site settings”
  3. Make sure “Add to Home screen” is enabled
